Shipping and Processing
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All prints are processed and shipped in Colorado, USA.
Q: Do you offer worldwide shipping?
A: Yes, we offer worldwide shipping to most countries.
Q: How long does it take to process and ship an order?
A: Most orders ship out in 2-4 days and take about 4-8 business days for shipping in the USA and Canada. International orders can take 14-25 business after processing.
Q: Do you offer faster shipping?
A: At the moment we only offer standard shipping for all orders no matter the size.
Q: Will I get a tracking number for my order?
A: Yes, once the item has processed, you will receive an update to your email with the tracking number.
Note: If your tracking number is coming up invalid it is most likely because it was shipped recently. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking numbers to activate. If after 48 hours your tracking number is still not active please contact us.
Q: What is the difference between Canvas and Fine Art Paper?
A: Fine Art Paper is like poster board with a smooth finish, it's best for detail and color accuracy. Canvas poster, on the other hand, is a poly-cotton blend canvas that is acid-free, medium texture with a matte finish.
Q: Do the print's come rolled?
A: Yes, all artwork ships rolled in a tube.
Q: What if my print(s) came damaged, do you offer an exchange?
A: Yes, if there's an imperfection on the artwork or if the item came damaged in the mail, we offer an exchange. You need to contact us in under 30 days after the item has shipped in order to be compensated.
Q: Do you offer refunds or exchanges for lost items during shipping?
A: If the item is marked "delivered," due to fraud claims, we don't offer refunds or exchanges. However, if an order is lost in transit and the shipping address you entered is correct, we will send you another print(s).
